Sunday Breakfast Smoothie

Thinking of something healthy yet less hectic breakfast recipe on those lazy Sunday mornings? Don't you guys worry, I have got your back. Lets get smoothie-ing ;)


The Green smoothie

Recipe

Prep Time: 10 min

Blend Time: 5 min

Total Time: 15 min

This recipe makes 2 Servings

1 cup= 250 ml

Ingredients

8-10 stawberries

1/2 cup almond milk*

2 tsp pure vanilla essence

1/2 a medium zucchini

1 medium banana

1 tbsp peanut butter*

1/3 cup curd

1/3 cup full fat coconut milk

10-15 Spinach leaves ( I used baby spinach)

1 tsp ground flax seeds

1/4 of one orange


Directions



Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until its creamy, and enjoy! Feel free to add more fruits or substitute fruits of your choice. The combination of coconut milk, nut butter and curd makes huge difference in the taste. Must try.


Note:

* You can also substitute almond milk with any other nut milk or regular dairy milk of your choice.

* Feel free to add any other nut butter of you choice. Make sure to use a brand that provides 100% nut butter, which is without any additional sugar or salt in it.
